Passivated & Electropolished Finishes: To prevent pitting, crevice corrosion, and bacterial accumulation in food-grade or pharmaceutical installations, our stainless steel exchangers undergo advanced acid-pickling, passivation, or electropolishing procedures. This results in ultra-smooth interior and exterior surfaces with optimal cleanability, making Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations easy and highly effective.

Certified Strength-Welded Construction: High-pressure operations handling aggressive acids or sanitary solvents demand absolute structural sealing. We CNC-drill our solid stainless steel tubesheets and orbitally TIG-weld the tube-to-tubesheet joint interfaces. Each completed assembly undergoes strict dye-penetrant testing, helium leak detection, and hydrostatic pressure testing up to 40 Bar to ensure leak-free integrity.
